("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SavvyPro JOT (Job Opportunity Tracker) website at www.sp-jot.com, web application at app.sp-jot.com, browser extensions, mobile applications, and any other related services (collectively, the "Service"). You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Service from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Service by your continued use of the Service after the date such revised Terms of Service are posted.
The information provided on the Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. The Service allows you to create, store, and manage job opportunity tracking data, including personal notes, journal entries, application status updates, and career-related information (collectively, "User Data"). When you create or store User Data, you represent and warrant that:
- Your User Data does not infringe any third party rights.
- Your User Data is not false, inaccurate, or misleading in ways that could harm others.
- Your User Data does not contain malicious code or harmful content.
- Your User Data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We may use AI technology to analyze sentiment in your journal entries to provide insights and improve your job search experience. This analysis is performed to help you understand patterns in your job search journey and emotional well-being throughout the process.
5. Payment Terms and Subscription Services
The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Certain advanced features of the Service may require you to pay subscription fees.
Free Tier
Basic functionality of the Service is available at no cost, subject to usage limitations and feature restrictions.
Premium Subscriptions
- Premium features are available through paid subscription plans.
- Subscription fees are recurring and will be charged on the billing cycle you select monthly.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Review of Fees
Before you incur any fees, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the pricing and terms.
Subscription Services
- Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. ("Payment Processor"). By providing payment information, you consent to us sharing necessary transaction information with Stripe to facilitate payments. Stripe processes this data according to their privacy policy, available at: https://stripe.com/privacy. Your agreement with Stripe governs all payment processing, and you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service.
6. Cancellation Policy
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms of Service.
7. Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
SaaS purchases are generally final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the service. However, we may provide refunds in certain circumstances at our sole discretion.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Full refunds available within 30 days of original purchase date
- No refunds for partial month usage after the 30-day period
Refund Process

- All refund requests must include original purchase information
- Refunds are processed back to original payment method via Stripe
- Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
Non-Refundable Circumstances

8. AI Usage Policy

Usage Limitations
- We may implement usage limitations to ensure fair access for all users and maintain system performance

- Advanced AI features may be restricted to premium subscribers
Fair Use Policy

- Bulk processing or commercial use of AI features is prohibited
- We reserve the right to modify or restrict access to AI features to prevent abuse
Data Processing
- Your journal entries and personal data used for AI analysis remain private and are not shared with other users

- You may opt out of AI analysis through your account settings
9. Third-Party Integrations and Content
Browser Extension Data Collection
Our browser extension collects job posting data from various job sites and career platforms to populate your job tracking dashboard. The extension collects publicly available job posting information from:
- ZipRecruiter
- Monster
- Hiring.Cafe
- Indeed
- Workday
- Greenhouse.io
- Other compatible job boards and career sites
Data Collection Practices
- The extension only collects job posting data that is publicly visible to users
- Personal information from these sites is not collected without your explicit consent
- Job data collected includes: job titles, company names, posting dates, job descriptions, and application URLs
- This data is used solely to populate and organize your personal job tracking dashboard
Third-Party Terms
- Your use of third-party job sites remains subject to their individual terms of service and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party job postings
- Changes to third-party site structures may affect the extension's functionality
Integration Limitations
- We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of job postings from third-party sites
- Third-party site access may be subject to rate limiting or restrictions
- Some features may not work if third-party sites implement access restrictions
10. Privacy Policy and Data Protection Compliance

We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content and assume no liability for:

14. Limitations of Liability
